These are used as charging wires (corona wires, electric wires) in the electric units.We provide customization services in terms of the wire diameter, wire type, plating, finishing, etc., to meet various performance (printing speed / ipm etc.) and structural requirements (air flow etc.) in printers and photocopying machines.
We also provide prototyping services in small quantities.

Air cleaner wires
These are used as discharge wires (ionization wires, corona discharge wires) in electrostatic precipitators such as air cleaners and dust collectors.The discharge wires are electrified to generate a corona discharge (plasma) so as to electrify the allergens, powder, dust, etc., floating in the air and then these are absorbed using a dust collector that has been charged up inversely. (Refer to the diagram below) An electrostatic precipitator and air cleaner can also collect ultra-fine toxic particles (PM2.5 etc.) that are difficult to remove using a filter-type dust collector.
In addition, the maintenance cost is also limited as the cleaner can be used repeatedly by cleaning it without having to replace the filter.
